Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Due to the rise in inflation what I make is the getting close to the same as minimum wage.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Stop demanding more then wr can produce. Stop working Sunday knowing it's against most people religious beliefs and they still point the ones who decide to go to church on Sunday instead of work
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Holding themselves accountable instead of blaming everyone below them. CEO needs to look at his choices in the CSuite and realize he has to do better in selecting his team.
