The employees dont get enough time off they dont care about the employees well being nor personal lives. The values they say they have are untrue.
Focus of whole place on bottlm line instd of people we r serving. Stop changin # of hrs we can work based on # of residents - how can low hourly workers live on unpredictable hrs/income? No reg raises. Also, we only earn 5 days total sick/PTO in a year - lowest i have ever received at any company
i was never made aware of benefits nor stocks or anything else. I started and figured out where everything was on my own. I've been doing this kind of work for 31 years and I've never seen anything of this sort. where I am just needs to be restructured . people cant utilize things they dont know
Managers need to start helping us instead of putting it all off on us and I need a raise. 2 years and I've been reliable and overworked taking every shifts to help them while they get their days off im ran ragged.
1. Only 5 days PTO earned in 1st yr, 10 days in 2nd & never goes beyond. No PTO earned for OT 2. Insurance doesn't cover much 3. Ability to speak to anybody is covered in so many layers/calls it's very difficulty/time intensive to speak to anyone 4. FT is 37.5 & # of hours not consistent
To stop the work place bullying and to fix the problems when brought before a manager instead of sweeping under the rug.
