What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Needs realistic staffing goals and competitive wages for floor workers. Scheduling changes randomly and with no regard for work/life balance of any kind.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Low pay, critically low staffing, no feedback and low to no support from the executive level. Constant material and labor cutbacks even with census near 100%.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Coworkers are not asked what days they can work...are told instead; therefore some scheduled days they are unavailable and have been fired for not coming in.
