What do you like best about the leadership team?

clear, honest. straightforward, easy to deal with

I can count on my team in case of questions, I started recently and have had a lot of support from the team

The company updates are helpful but even more transparency would be better. Example, which brands generate the most revenue, what are potential growth areas, etc.

Although I have not had direct interactions with the leadership team, I have been impressed with their commitment to open communication with employees.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I have no complaints, seems standard

I like that I have a very good medical service policy with benefits

salary, PTO to a degree

I am happy with my base salary and the health benefits package offers good coverage

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Inconsistent practices regarding merit increases, too many years without them. Underpaid versus competitive set.

More competitive and be in line with the industry

Considering my position title and the vast array of add-ons, I should have a manager title or increase accordingly

I leveraged my skills to save the company time and money. The same skills are in-demand in the greater job market.

I feel management lacks proper communication skills and we do way more than our job title description and do not feel those efforts are recognized.

What are some of the best things about your team?

I am very pleased with my manager, I find the majority of the rest of the staff in my team and others, to not be very engaging, supportive, or happy--lifeless actually. Very stuck in their own remote world, not engaging and sharing information openly on how to do things better.

They are willing to help me when I have questions.

Everyone is helpful, seems like people want each other to succeed

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

my boss who is amazing

Even though I work remotely, I feel that there is a general willingness in the company to schedule meetings or chat to clarify processes with the different departments. I feel that even though we do not work in the same space, we are very close

Seems like leaders/managers trust their teams to get their jobs done without micromanagement

People are always willing to lend a helping hand, and there is a focus on recognizing and celebrating successes together.

Initiatives in place for employee support (e.g. webinars), in-person days to meet colleagues, flexibility in working hours and location

My boss and her positivity and "can do" attitude, moving forward, making life better for my customers, serving their community with quality content

The learning process I am taking, I feel motivated to study and prepare more on my own topics related to what I am working on

Checking projects off lists, getting something difficult implemented, small wins like good reporting/analysis
