Executive Bio
Mr. Dvorkin joined EPAM in 1997 and has since been instrumental in driving the Company’s growth in emerging industries, technologies and solution practices. He leads multidisciplinary teams across the Americas, EMEA and APAC. Under his leadership, EPAM’s team of IT and engineering professionals have helped our global clients solve their most complex digital transformation and technology modernization challenges.
Having worked and lived in the United States and Eastern Europe, Mr. Dvorkin has an extensive understanding of global delivery models and brings hands-on technology experience to his role. He also has first-hand expertise in the Travel, Healthcare, Insurance and Oil & Gas industries.
Mr. Dvorkin holds a master’s degree in Applied Mathematics from the Belarusian National Technical University and a Ph.D. in Information Technology from the International IT Academy in Minsk, Belarus.
