Yuriy Goliyad is an SVP and the Head of Global Operations at EPAM Systems, where he is responsible for global company infrastructure and shared services.
Mr. Goliyad has more than 20 years of experience in the Software Development and Software Services industries. Prior to his role at EPAM, he was co-founder of an IT Services firm operating in the U.S. and Eastern Europe, which was successfully sold in 2006. He also held multiple executive management roles in Product Development Services companies and has deep knowledge of business operations in Central & Eastern Europe, Asia Pacific and the Americas.
Mr. Goliyad received his master’s degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Sciences from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.
