Executive Bio
Boris Shnayder is an SVP and the Co-Head of Global Business at EPAM Systems with a focus on operations in the Americas, where he is responsible for a portfolio of business in the region, including oversight of service programs and client acquisition.
Mr. Shnayder also oversees strategy and execution of EPAM’s emerging verticals portfolio.
Mr. Shnayder has more than 20 years of experience in the IT and Telecommunications industries, bringing both industry insight and global operations leadership.
Prior to his role at EPAM, Mr. Shnayder held several positions within GlobalLogic, Inc. During his tenure, he served as Chief Delivery Officer, Senior Vice President, Head of Telecom & Healthcare and General Manager and Vice President of Telecommunications.
He also held senior software management positions at Motorola and Telcordia, managing teams throughout the U.S., China, India and Russia.
Mr. Shnayder received his master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lviv University.
