Executive Bio

Philip Storm is an SVP and the Chief Compliance Officer at EPAM Systems, where he is responsible for the design, implementation, and governance of EPAM’s global ethics and compliance ecosystem.

Mr. Storm brings 30 years of legal and compliance experience to EPAM. Prior to EPAM, he built and led the global compliance and internal investigations functions at Accenture for 15 years, working with board members, senior business executives, functional leadership and employees to expand their compliance aptitude. Mr. Storm’s experience includes managing global compliance investigations, developing global incident response and investigation systems, designing and implementing online codes of conduct and policies, delivering engaging compliance training, conducting global risk assessment programs, and providing employment law advice internationally.

Mr. Storm holds a Juris Doctor degree from the John Marshall Law School (University of Illinois Chicago School of Law), a Master of Arts in English Education from the University of Chicago, and a Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Med, Biology, and English from Augustana College.
