Epsilon Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

It is really great .

Lots of vacation. Actually I haven't worked since I got hired.

There is currently unlimited vacation time

Unlimited PTO and matching 401k

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Better annual merit increases. Standard is ~2.5% which is so low.

Both smaller and larger companies are doing more for their employees.

pay is not competitive compare to other organizations.

I don't see any future

The salary for software engineers is significantly below industry standard. Especially for the amount of hours you are expected to work

Compensation is below market standard

Probably 50% underpaid in every role

with the passion and quality and effort i am putting, i deserve more than what i am paid now. better hike and compensation along with more benefits and shares.

I have only been given a raise when I threatened to leave and a rival company made a better offer. There is no improvement or progression program.

Other companies are paying at least 5k more for the same job with better prospects. Regret taking this job.

Parent company, Alliance Data Systems, failed to properly invest in Epsilon to promote a viable growth potential. As such, the "merit raises" for many associate-level employees was below the inflation rate, so wages decreased, instead of the standard flat (non-existent) wage growth across US jobs.

More pay to match market rate, able to be promoted at a faster pace for people who deserve it, bonuses
