Communicated with employees that are not located with management.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You are working to train the US Military improving them everyday.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is run by a different company. I am a subcontractor on this program, but the prime contractor is a very involved and caring leader.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have only been given a raise when I threatened to leave and a rival company made a better offer. There is no improvement or progression program.
