What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team environment, there is rarely a time where I feel I cannot ask for help.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is super close knit! We spend a lot of time together collaborating even though we are spread out throughout the country.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think generally we are at market rate, but the medical, vision, dental, and even the parental leave is not up to market standards.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The empathy and flexibility to life circumstances. I truly believe my manager believes we are people first and employees second, which creates a sense of trust and loyalty.
