ELS has a been a positive experience where I have grown a lot. The department heads have all been here for a while which gives a good foundation, and the team works well and is respectful to others. I would note that many younger coworkers have left recently, which is an issue that needs addressed.

There is no fighting or heated disagreements like my former company. People discuss matters respectfully and care about each other on a personal level.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their continuity and experience level sets the tone for a success at ELS. They are accepting of new ideas and promote growth in various departments. Personally they are all very easier to talk to and have friendly demeanors which I appreciate.
