The daily challenge of not knowing what issue will come up that needs to be resolved.

Collaboration between the departments. This shows that others appreciate the different experience/knowledge each person/department can bring to a discussion.

Supportive of each other and willing to help out when needed. A nice group of people that genuinely care about each other.

Skills compliment each other's; we all work hard and recognize the need for some levity at times. Nice people who really do care about each other. Always willing to help.

Respect the company has for its employees. Always doing little things for the employees in Chicago by have "snack attack" treats, food truck lunches, "recess" for the employees to enjoy games and snacks.
