The ELS Community looks for new and engaging ideas to keep it fun. REally enjoy snack attack, and the deck launch party in the Chicago office.
They are visible, they are at events and they are approachable. Their goals are reasonable and realistic; so they are connected to the business; and they are friendly.
Flexibility; to handle things in my personal life; the ability to unplug at the end of the day to spend time w/ my family; travel opportunities to see and learn about other properties, new projects or problems to solve for.
The discount on the ESPP is great; and the LTIP program, however, it would be nice for it to be more performance based - ability to provide more value to earn more. I also like the birthday holiday, I think that is unique and fun.
