The team is collaborative and hard working. We have bright individuals willing to do the work needed to achieve results. We have a friendly environment and most individuals feel like an extension of family.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The culture at ELS if very familial. The executive team makes an effort to engage with all levels of the organization and make themselves approachable in the hallways. Strategic initiatives have created a diversified business which has been beneficial in times of market volatility
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation should be evaluated more frequently to ensure our teams remain competitively compensated. We have great talent at ELS and I believe we make an effort to recognize when possible. however, a broader review might be needed to bring some to an appropriate range.
