We bounce ideas off one another well and respect one another when giving feedback to the group.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have allotted time we can request off for various reasons, including 5 mental health and wellness days.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The three leaders above me know my name and at least one thing about me. They are compassionate people who want to see me succeed and take time to talk to our team when they can.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our company schedules team bonding activities every so often to encourage teamwork and having fun with our teams and across our teams. It creates a comfortable environment to get to know the people I see every day.
