What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Good diversity of people. Pretty casual, easygoing environment.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Most have a good personality and work well as team.

What makes you most happy at work?

Not being stressed out, good coworkers, flexibility to work from home if needed

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They seem to get along well with each other and work together as a team, which is very important. They are good to the staff, genuinely caring and easy to work with.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

This company is known to pay at the lower end and thats why so many leave. Most employees, unless youre an executive, get very small raise increases (cost of living). 2%-3% is nothing when you're on the lower end of the payscale, especially with the rising inflation these days.
