Dedication and the ability to overcome obstacles. Their ability to pull together to get things done.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Things like retention bonus' and mental health days. The company seems to put a lot of thought into People and Culture. There is also a clear standard of doing the right thing, and focus on safety.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My leaders show me that I'm not alone and that support is always available. With that support, I know we can get through any challenge. I don't feel left out to figure out difficult situations all on my own.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do feel underpaid in the market by about 20-30%. That being said, I love my job and the culture here and don't have plans to leave anytime soon. However, not everyone feels that way. I find it hard to source and keep qualified talent with the variance in our pay scale.
