Transparent and collaborative with the entire team. They dont manage down!

Communication , good vibes while working
The new CEO and top tier are far better than the old removed management.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great health and dental along with paid time off that is truly encouraged to be used
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Underpay and fail to pay all owed benefits and bonuses
What are some of the best things about your team?
Working quickly , being satisfied when your working organize
Real, smart, honest, fail and get back up, work together, open, amazing
Mostly easy going. Some and nice others are overpaid and lack experience outside of their Ergotron bubble experience

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is transparent, forward looking, solution oriented, and the doors are open to all employees and their ideas to drive company success!
generous PTO and culture of flexibility
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Sabermetrics runs the company. Before it was based on relationships.
Pick a direction and go for it. The directors here do not know what they're doing and it causes a lot of confusion.
Pay more. Close China factory and focus on Made In USA
