What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

Developing a clear plan, implementing written processes, and communicating that down the chain.

Everything. They're very unprofessional, bias and unfair.

Does not like the way of leadership

Honesty, promoting people based on knowledge not on friendships

Trusting their employees and not going behind their backs to bring in consulting firms and replacements of experts. Work place flexibility is a must have in todays world, stop living in old world workplace standards.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

If the company expects top talent, they have to pay for it

A more fair compensation package

Healthy insurance isn't good outside thr US.

Having vouchers is cool but promotions sounds better if you preform well

They speak of being competitive in the market and that is so far from the truth. Understand what actually happens in the market and actually differentiate yourselves instead of trying to clone yourself after Amazon (which you’ll never compete against btw

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

Be more accommodating when help is needed

Review from Customer Support Dept

like altogether on personality, hire quality people in ops

Moat of them are great. But some lie and cheat the system.

Lot of meetings which do not end with clear take aways. things get dragged a lot.

They are cool, they try their best all the time. Some of them have no plans for their future so they work less efficiently after a while like for them results doesn't matter. It would be cool to improve that, but I guess not only expedia has they kind of people

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

Be more accessible when needed

Review from Customer Support Dept

Better strategic alignment and decision making authority

Executives need to trust their managment team

politices to be stopped and not encouraged by the top management

They need to work on the grassroots the leadership is fine.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Interviews Reviews

Be fair to everyone, and give everyone the same opportunity.

Too many steps and hoops to jump through for a job that pays a fraction of other tech companies.

Review from Product Dept

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

No product strategy. Only infrastructure changes and reorgs

Too arrogant as a company across the board. Need new leaders throughout!

Too many internal changes; doing 3 jobs in 1

Review from Operations Dept

Doing more with less never really pans out in the long run. That seems to be the mentality here and it needs to change or we're just going to continue to flounder.

Review from IT Dept

A lot of things can be improved. Management needs to pay more attention to employees.

Review from Customer Support Dept
