Seeing that I'm making a difference (tangible results/impact)

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They involve all levels of the organization in driving the business forward. Very collaborative.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Same as the exec team, very collaborative. Willing to go the extra mile also.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Great focus on balancing doing the right thing for its people as long as business objectives are met (i.e. working remotely).
