Experian Global goals are PERFECT, putting people fist is amazing. WE need clarity on a path to advance my career, more consistency on the global message and planning for policies. I think the US is a little detached from the Global Messages or long term planning. USA does everything last Min.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The opportunity to do more and work with other teams, I think Experian Global has fantastic goals for ESG Scoring with Diversity, Awareness and Carbon reduction I PERSONALLY want to do more to support. I also appreciate Experian’s innovative work environment
What makes you most happy at work?
Being appreciated and opportunities to Advance my Career or Pay. I am very driven on a global awareness level, I would like to do more planning to create more positive changes, GLOBALLY for Experian using my higher education and experience as a COO /Director to increase ESG Scoring for stakeholders
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I believe the support from my managers, Susan and Sam is a 10++! they want me to advance in my position. However, superiors above them are detached from what we do in our Department, or the fact I take on major projects for Global Goals for Reducing Carbon Footprints or others things in our team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of MY TEAM are welcoming and wonderful driven to work hard. There is a good old boys club going on with some like George S. He has been cruel and demeaning. Other men in superior positions outside my team are EGO driven and the women know, and talk about it, but Nothing is done about it
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They do not understand the demands of my position or my higher abilities I can do more. The cost of living in CA is high, my QA of life suffers. They do not pay me fairly to do my job and all the projects. I need more authority to manage properly. Such as Cost Savings and can do more if paid
