What are some of the best things about your team?

Everyone is personable and friendly.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Lots of benefits outside of compensation, but this has been outweighed recently with management direction of off shoring.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Fair compensation and balance offshoring instead of flat compensation adjustments in good times and bad and not backfilling any positions in the US.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Retaining employees and not offshoring all positions under Director. There is an atmosphere of letting good employees go to save costs by backfilling positions offshore. Compensation has fallen way behind in this inflationary environment.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation for existing employees needs to keep up with inflation. After bad years, employees receive lower salary adjustments, after good years, employees still receive similar salary adjustments with the reasoning that the upcoming year will be challenging. When will adjustments be fair?
