I began my work here as an intern and haven't looked back. I truly cherish the people that work here, and I share how lucky I am to have landed here while finishing up my time in college. I'm proud of the work we do, but I'm also thankful for and proud of the people I get to work with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They treat people like people. They care about who we are outside of work and want to support what makes us uniquely ourselves.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our paternity leave, for both mother's, father's, and adoptive parents, as well as volunteer time off are my two favorite parts of our company benefits.
What makes you most happy at work?
Doing work that helps empower individuals in our communities. I always love getting to volunteer with my co-workers, but from a day-to-day perspective, working on projects I know have the potential to change the lives of underserved communities.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are treated like people and the communities we serve are always top-of-mind. Internally, I love that we have resources to support and empower our employees, whether it be ERGs/clubs, mental health resources, leave benefits, etc.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Like our leaders, my team sees me as a person. Everyone is SO strong at what they do, and everyone is willing to go above and beyond, not only to get their job done, but to help others out as well.
