
There is no individual contributor ccareer path. I am maxed out on where I can go unles I leave my role. This is beyond frustration and not fair when the rest of the company has growth opportunitiess and I watch promotions happen all around ne.
It's been a good experience. I just wish there were opportunities for advancement that was an IC path. If I want growth, I will need to look at opportunities on other teams/BUs
