There is no individual contributor ccareer path. I am maxed out on where I can go unles I leave my role. This is beyond frustration and not fair when the rest of the company has growth opportunitiess and I watch promotions happen all around ne.

It's been a good experience. I just wish there were opportunities for advancement that was an IC path. If I want growth, I will need to look at opportunities on other teams/BUs

Being busy, getting to interact with multiple people at multiple levels. But most of all, the partnerships and relationships I have built with the people I work with.

How kind and supportive everyone is! Everyone is human so mistakes get made but you are not beat up about them nor are they "back pocketed" to be used against you in the future.
