What is the best part about your compensation package?

What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care, they value of their employees, and they roll out programs for real change, not just for the PR benefit. I have not a single negative thing to say about our leadership team. Craig, CEO and Justin, CHRO have changed Experian from being a good company to being a great company.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love my job because I work for an amazing company on top of getting to do interesting work. I have almost set my career path at Experian by seeing a need and developing myself in that area. After that, it becomes part of my job. I could not ask for more.
