been here 11 years. It took 10 for me to get an opportunity at career advancement and I had to take it myself. It won't be another 10 years until I am able to advance again or else it will be elsewhere. That said, I do like what I do and don't want to do it anywhere else.
overall, it has been good and I have grown
transparency. They seem to communicate effectively
when I make a good hire
working with the GSO and cybersecurity

Good communication and they seem to care about the employees
flexible work environment and seem to care about the employees
good rapport and we all seem to do good work and get along.
My salary increase over the last 5 years has been very minimal. I don't think it's been in line with cost of living increase.
From my myopic perception I would say that it would be supporting the BU (Global Security Office) that I do bc I get along very well with most of the ppl in this org.
So far I have had 2 ppl (one a direct report and one a resource that I was given to cover the gap) who have been terrible. I think we need to upgrade talent
i have been here for 9 years and my salary has gone up a grand total of $6500. That doesn't keep up with the cost of living increase and there is little to no room for advancement here for me.
I have been contacted by companies searching for my level of experience who were offering me 35-50k more than I make now. I know that I am worth more than I make but I enjoy working here a lot. If that changes (or anything major does) I would probably start looking.
I work in TA and almost the entire landscape of the team has been overhauled in the last 3 years so I find myself missing many of the folks who have left and not having much in common with the new team. I don't feel we are anywhere near as strong of a team as we were
I know that I could be paid more elsewhere but I enjoy working here so I will do it for less. That said, I was promoted last year to a manager and am now paid what I should have been paid not as a mgr. Either getting bumped up to a reasonable amount or moved to director would make me feel better
