Experian puts a lot of emphasis on culture and it's evident because the senior leaders place an emphasis on it to their teams and actively take a role in it. They walk the walk.

The environment of bringing your whole self to work means a lot to me; whether appearance, gender, race and more, we can be ourselves and contribute to the best work we can accomplish. All of the clubs, ERGs, activities, events really highlight that.

My team is a collection of individuals who work hard and know how to play hard. They really are the best at what they do and I learn so much from them every day. We like interacting and working together, and there's not often a time when you don't like someone.
