There are team members in lead positions who undermine and disrespect the role and responsibilities of others.

It allows remote working as the team is still meeting its deliverables and timelines, and I appreciate the flexibility.

Being allowed to do my job and supported in doing it, which includes leadership stepping up to support that.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The executive leadership of Experian as a whole is very good, but executive or senior leadership within business units is lacking.
