Experian is a great company, but one does have to think critically and do due diligence about what department and business unit one works in. Leadership and culture can vary widely.

There are team members in lead positions who undermine and disrespect the role and responsibilities of others.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It allows remote working as the team is still meeting its deliverables and timelines, and I appreciate the flexibility.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being allowed to do my job and supported in doing it, which includes leadership stepping up to support that.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The executive leadership of Experian as a whole is very good, but executive or senior leadership within business units is lacking.
