I have been with Experian for 10+ years. In that time the scope of my job has constantly evolved. It is fun, challenging and educational. What is the best part about your compensation package?
FTO - I feel we are given a generous amount of time off and can use it easily as needed to maintain a proper work/life balance.
What makes you most happy at work?
Feeling that I am appreciated and valued not just for the work I do, but for the personal experience I bring to the table. I work with people i like - that make it not seem like 'work!'
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team truly wants the team win. Cooperation is huge . I know they care about not just the job, but the person behind the job. We work hard together, but also have time for fun and laughs together. That is what keeps us in sync together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency. They keep in constant communication with all employees on status of business, campus opening situation and DEI. They have honest conversations with us - admit where Experian may be falling short and what is being done to address it. Never feel like I don't know what is going on.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We celebrate the diversity of each and every person. No one is excluded and I have learned so much about the cultures and customs of people with different backgrounds. Questions are welcomed. The variety of backgrounds is truly what makes our team great as we have a wide variety of experiences.
