There are many opportunities/events/programs/resource groups to improve yourself in so many areas of life: physically, spiritually, culturally, socially

What are some of the best things about your team?

There is no visible animosity between anyone. Everyone is always willing to help if they can, some even proactively.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They seem to have the employee's best interest at heart. They institute meaningful programs that benefit the employee and the community as a whole. They surprise us with paid time-off, tangible and monetary rewards as ways to recognize achievements and to celebrate them. Frequent communications.
