I have worked in two different departments, I have had direct reports and worked as an individual contributor. My overall experience I'd say has been positive, being the reason I'm still within the company. I truly think that a company is built upon leaders and environment.

That I have the bandwidth to work on my regular duties as well as volunteering myself to participate in other projects

that you are constantly challenge to do things, to think outside the box and to keep growing (if you really are interested on it)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think today more than even it is important to keep the level of effort in perspective on these times. It is hard to understand/feel that an evaluation might be more close to a "normal situation" rather than feeling it is adjusted to the new normal.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
how caring they have been for supporting me in my role as a father. Providing flexibility to balance personal and professional life is one of the key aspects in order to feel comfortable in growing within the company to develop a career path even on these crazy times.
