I don't believe everyone feels the same commitment to high performance so the burden falls on a few.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our base pay is very low. It's very hard for me to hire the talent needed to meet expectations.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We try to stay ahead of the curve and do the right things. People are friendly and cooperative to get the work done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know our comp is much lower than other companies. We have a good culture and on most days, that helps, but on others I do feel very undervalued and consider leaving.
