
Overall, it's one of the best compensation and commission plans I know of for similar jobs. It's consistent and doesn't change on whim of the leadership team as I've experienced in the past at other companies.
We have an amazing team, everyone works so well together and is right there for each other when we need it. We have team virtual happy hours where we just joke around and get to know each other better, it's great!
Extremely communicative and on top of the latest issues that are top of mind for everyone. They send out video's, emails and social media posts with regards to company initiatives and are very approachable. I can't imagine working for another organization during the last year!
The work-life balance at Experian is amazing. I enjoy fast-paced and high-pressure sales environment so am accustomed to long hours or working on days off but it's really few & far between and a personal choice by me to get done what I'm trying to accomplish, not an expectation.
