We have created an atmosphere where we can help each other out in different departments and share the workload.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are not listened to when repeatedly asked how they can do better. Even with market analysis we are still underpaid to our counterparts around us. Given cheap gifts with company logo on it. Would love to see all tiers of pay be increased, not just entry level.
