Training was not helpful and when you are placed in production you get wrote up for things you were never trained over, how to handle system glitches so it wont affect the employees work.

"What have you done for me lately" is a commonly referenced term used by leadership to describe the culture.

I had found out (through being submitted an offer to join a team owner by the parent company), that the compensation for the position I had been at the time was far below market average. That was infuriating that I had to find it out via the internal recruiter. I learned a valuable lesson that day.

We are not listened to when repeatedly asked how they can do better. Even with market analysis we are still underpaid to our counterparts around us. Given cheap gifts with company logo on it. Would love to see all tiers of pay be increased, not just entry level.
