My boss is the BEST I've ever had, he's the calm to the storm of the demands we face. My co-workers are the best and I enjoy working with them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Overall culture is healthy, collaborative, authentic & enjoyable. We like to have fun & we trust each other to come through or ask for help to make the right things happen.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary is competitive, bonus plan pays out twice a year, there's matching on the 401k & I have access to ESPP. Received a bonus after 6 months of work & even a raise without asking.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I met with a VP who had been with the company since they started, he shared that even compared to the excitement of start-up days...NOW was far more exciting time to be at this company because everything was finally coming together to be as successful as they'd hoped back at the start.
