The pension and medical are good and offer several benefits for those who are planning to retire with the company.

I'm paid well. Stock units take way too long to vest. Health benefits aren't very good.

ExxonMobil over works 50+ workers, because they know they can.
Paid well below the market average.
Wages compatible with market and if company paid the same for employees coming from the market, which usually get paid way more!
