Who did you meet with during your interview? And how long did it take to hear back from ExxonMobil?
I met with the owner and the store manager. We talked for over 30 minutes and then the owner called me a couple hours later and offered me the job.
What is the best advice you could give someone during their first month at ExxonMobil?
Really take the time to learn and familiarize yourself with your surroundings. Learn where things are and how they work. Engage with the customers and the employees and be willing to learn and try new things.
How long do the interviews usually take at ExxonMobil?
I guess it depends on the person. But on average I'd say about 30-35 minutes.
What is ExxonMobil's policy towards pets in the workplace?
We have an area for pets to be walked on a leash outside in a field beside the store. But no pets are allowed into the facility because we have and operate a full kitchen/deli 24/7. However, service animals are allowed inside.
