Due to Forced Ranking, workers and peers are untrusting and lack teamwork.
Stop working in silos and trying to cut pwople. Teamwork and collaboration is a positive.

There are too many hidden agendas at ExxonMobil by the Leadership Teams.
There is an element of dogmatism in the practices that Exxon employs in the sense that because they are doing a lot of things right, they aren't as open to identify what they are doing wrong. An open minded approach from middle management is crucial to the company's future success.

I would probably say updating some of the electronic equipment; such as the credit/debit card readers, the gas pumps, and maybe some of the appliances in the kitchen.
