The company is very, very toxic. People are unhappy but afraid to leave because compensation is too solid to take less elsewhere for a better work environment.

looking out for the worker bees instead of just themselves.

They care about each other and aren't just looking out for #1.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The Upper Management Team is comprised of truly selfish people. It is disgusting.

What did you like most about the interview process?

It is very conversational and you see a cross section of the folks you will work with... not just immediate team.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Being viewed as a valuable contributor to the overall company success. I feel that management takes every bit of credit for reporting up numbers in spreadsheets.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The leadership team looks out for the leadership team. Directors and above are the most precious positions in the company. There seems to be a VP for everything! Stop lining your pockets on the work of others you deem expendable.
