The leadership team looks out for the leadership team. Directors and above are the most precious positions in the company. There seems to be a VP for everything! Stop lining your pockets on the work of others you deem expendable.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Overall package is OK, I took a pay cut to come here as there were no director level positions available at the time. Ideally I want to get back to Director level from manager within 18 months
