Scot Rogers has served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel at F5 Networks since January 2014. Rogers has held a variety of positions in F5's legal department since 2005, including most recently as Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel immediately prior to his promotion to Executive Vice President. From 2002 through 2005, Rogers was the General Counsel for Xpediate Consulting, a healthcare technology and consulting company located in the San Francisco Bay Area. Prior to becoming a corporate counsel, he spent eight years in private practice as a commercial litigator. Rogers is a graduate of the University of Texas and holds a J.D. from the Dedman School of Law of Southern Methodist University.
