I think there are athletes here that carry titles and levels not appropriate to what they have earned, both good and bad. Some are lower than they should be and many are higher than they should be. This carries with it higher pay and pay caps. I feel some were not fairly evaluated for all jobs done.

There is market cap for each position, but fanatics take those caps as a joke, and which make me feel undervalued. In fanatics there is no transparency regarding compensation. It would feel better if fanatics start taking compensation seriously, employee should not ask and fight for it every year.

There have been strides to make the compensation better and I understand it is a work in progress. This should've happened a long time ago. I have been doing the job of a much higher position than I am paid or titled for several years.
I feel that my team does not have the correct job title. We do WAY more that what the current job title pays for. If we had a more appropriate job title, our compensation would go up and be more in line with what we do on a daily basis.

There's a lack of clear career pathing, which causing a feeling to compare yourself or your direct reports against peers. Unfortunately this leads to an impractical comparison not directly associated on a 1 to 1 basis.
