Fanatics has one of the best Engineering teams and Engineering leadership. Lot of great experience, Very diverse workforce and understand the technology really well. Also, the technology stack they are using is very contemporary and favors open source a lot. Faster deployment cycles and innovation cycles.

Coding problems. Expectation is you get the concept right.

CTO is great. Too many directors. Some bosses are great, most aren't. Too many folks in it for their own careers.
