Nothing. They say one thing, then say the complete opposite a month later. Its the wild wild west
So far so good im excited to start
focused on the future of the company

We have a refreshed leadership team and are starting to see our company strategy come to light.
Innovative team and supportive leaders
Build trust, reduce political tension, clearly communicate the vision.
Help the agents. They never advocate for the agents.
Leadership needs to communicate better with their employees, be honest about the problems that exist, and be open to actual solutions from the people who are on the ground floor.
Knowledge and training. I believe in order to run a large corporation the right leadership team should be put in place, and should be reprimanded when they do not take accountability for their lack of leadership and what it stands for.
Being supportive while finding ways to help the employee succeed. On this current path its being perceived as the representatives are setup to fair due to lack of support.
Annual bonus if you are qualified.
salary and health benefits are best
competitive base salary and annual bonus

401K match up to 6% plus an automatic 4% each year.
Salary is competitive for the marketplace.
Review from Operations Dept
Health insurance leaves a lot to be desired
Farmers' continuous decrease of commissions and removal of product make this insurer (who had the capacity to purchase non-admitted carriers replacing the cancellations and would have at a minimum contributed to surplus 300-400% as supported in the current market) a leader in inferiority.
Review from Operations Dept
I am vastly underpaid for my experience and my ddegree. My team is vastly underpaid for the workload we are given.
Customer Care Reps are in the frontline of fire enduring and forced to be verbally abused that causes stress and anxiety, I believe we should be compensated for that, and be heard when it comes to complaining about the leadership team.
There's absolutely no strategy for marketing or the website. Suggestions were provided based on data, yet no changes, no digital strategy at all. They have done the same thing for over the 6 years working there, no significant changes to gain new audience, revenue or leads.

Everyone is on the same page for the most part
Great individual contributors are common
mentorship, coaching, caring, teamwork, friends
supportive, collaborative, remote, fun, impactful
Review from Sales Dept
We are open, work with a growth mindset, build ongoing trust, and consistently deliver.
Better training and communication skills
The last team, there was a lack of communication. As though we were not allowed to ask questions, or confirm a course of action with another co-worker. Team lead controlled everything, and never gave good remarks, Constant criticism.

Team mindset would be helpful
Review from Sales Dept
Enterprise push to document processes and procedures, to reduce the amount of corporate ignorance perpetuated by tribal knowledge lost due to attrition. Increased attention to pace to increase productivity among the laziest employees. Mandated coordination among departments and lines of business.
They need to be held accountable for being unprofessional and not doing the work assigned to them. Working as a team is lackluster in my department
Some coworkers, only positive thing
Coworkers are supportive of one another.
Review from HR Dept
Benefits are the only thing that is good.
The inidividual contributors are what makes working here feasible
supportive leadership, clear goals, healthy work life balance
Review from Sales Dept
They need to recognize good employees and promote within. The entire marketing department is bureaucratic; they are more concerned about things like "Quarter Cup" involvement over actual worked and quality of work produced.
Review from Marketing Dept
Communication. Honesty. Kindness. Humility. Integrity
Review from Customer Success Dept
Actually listen to your employees. Take action from the survey you require us to complete but do absolutely nothing about. You love to hear praise, but do absolutely nothing to make this company a good company to work for.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Restructuring of the chain of command and agent support.
Review from Sales Dept
Increased mentorship of employees from underrepresented groups to ensure a pipeline of diverse talent is considered at every level in succession planning. Dismantle obsession with hierarchical structure so that anyone can ask anyone for help without requiring their manager's intervention.
The manager then was very good
There was only 2 interviews for a director level role.
Expectations were set clearly before
The questions were situational and prepared me for agency ownership.
Getting a chance to interact with the interviewers and their team.
better contact throughout process of interview
Did not give accurate representation of job
Stop with the questions. Words words
Review from Customer Support Dept
Give a realistic job description and how it will devastate your mindset after a couple months
Review from Customer Support Dept
Make it more personal and less computerized.
Review from Operations Dept
Work with a great team
salary, local leadership, peers, non micromanagement
My ability to always have an impact on the organization at the enterprise level.
I work from home! Its amazing!
Challenging problems, good coworkers, independent.
Poor quality of customer service due to elimination of knowledgeable staff and a focus on productivity over quality.
The biggest issues are billing and system issues. If the right management team was put in place, to be supportive, take accountability for their failures, listen to the concerns and grievances of their employees it would build moral. Care more about your people over metrics.
Bring back the old CEO, fire the CMO and Head of Marketing (who are also incompetent), upper manager should seek new growth opportunities, not just lay people of to get to the bottom line. Poor management company-wide.

HEAR OUT YOUR EMPLOYEES PLEASE
Review from Admin Dept
New CEO, Raul Vargas, is a selfish person who came into the company with one thing in mind and that's himself. He doesn't care about his employees, as that has been very prevalent recently. He does not care about anyone's opinion, input, or situation. Very disappointed
Review from Customer Support Dept
That it feels like a small company even though we are 23k employees
i like how upper management will work with you to get you experience to move up higher in the company.
Super flexible
Better flexibility in whether we work in office or virtually
a clear vision for opportunities.
More commitment
