The CEO and leadership team encourages open communication. The company meetings allow comments and questions to be asked and answered without fear of penalty.

The way they interview provides an open ended way of communication. It is more conversational to get the feel for the individuals personality and goals.
What makes you most happy at work?
Meeting with my team is what I look forward to the most in the mornings. It is a positive way to start my day to ensure I am on track with my goals. Going into the office is always great, the CEO and leadership team are great to interact with.
