Being my own person and not just a number.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team chat we have to talk to each other and help each other out.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That I have salary plus commission! It's great to know that I can always bring in more but salary is still there if it wasn't busy
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is different since I also work at the shelter and the shelter team is also my team. I enjoy the shelter team a lot. We all seem to get along great.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Keeping us all connected with different ways of communication. Weekly meetings with my leader to make sure I'm doing ok. Even though I am not with everyone working while I'm at the shelter I still feel apart of my team.
