Feeling that I have had a positive impact, however small, on the life of a customer or coworker.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct manager and I trust and respect each other and have a great working relationship. The higher ups (CEO etc) have made some good financial decisions for the company, but often seem to be making things up as they go along, creating and putting out fires because of it.
