Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Health care, medical, dental and vision.

401k is fantastic. Decent pay

The Company car lease program.

Benefits. Self directed option for 401k plan - I can chose from a broad set of investments.

Group benefits are very competitive

Medical, dental and vision is the second to none. Even part time employees have complete medical insurance.

Review from Operations Dept

Results driven. For us who work harder, we get more. For once you can go somewhere and be paid what you're worth. Others may make more or less than you, but it depends on the job they actually do.

We are long term for the life of it

Getting paid consistently on Friday

Having full benefits and belonging to the UAW

Review from Product Dept

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Yes, equal pay would be just.

Annual raises due to costbof living like other OEMs

I've had to train full-time employees that got hired at other assembly plants and transferred to my location. I'm not being paid fairly for my job knowledge and performance. I don't understand why they would transfer full-time employees to our plant instead of hiring the TPTs in full-time.

Review from Operations Dept

Gives raises. Totally undervalued. Let employees work off sight. Flexible hours.

We are paid lower than our competitor's employees, and our HR needs to do a better job of compensating to retain top talent.

Better benefits and incentives to motivate and keep everything fair

Review from Product Dept

Hourly and Salaried benefits gaps are indecent

Review from Operations Dept

no profit sharing avaialbe for us

Review from Operations Dept

In speaking with other manufacturers, the salary is $20k less. There is no yearly cost of living increases. Bonuses is maxed at 5% but never able to attain. Highest is 4.5%!

Lack of understanding of specialized roles.

Hard work for too little pay
